“Madam Claudia” slams Mocha Uson for misunderstanding English news, criticizing Robredo’s rehab remark

Has Mocha Uson found her match in the person of “Madam Claudia”?

Uson, a vocal Duterte Die-hard Supporter (DDS), criticized Vice President Leni Robredo for not doing anything even after knowing that there is a problem in the lack of rehabilitation program for the drug users who surrendered. She also said that as a part of President Rodrigo Duterte’s Cabinet, she ought to know the government’s rehabilitation program. Uson even suggested for Robredo to follow her Facebook page, Mocha Uson Blog, to get updates on Duterte’s plans.

Uson added that she felt angry that Duterte is struggling with the challenges posed by the drug problem in the Philippines, then asked Robredo; “Kayo mam ano po ang naging kontribusyon nyo?”

She even insinuated that Robredo might be looking for attention from the international press.

“O baka naman po naghahanap na naman kayo ng atensyon mula sa INTERNATIONAL PRESS?” Uson wrote.

She also included links to her interview with the Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) Secretary Felipe Roxas and another to a video about what happens to the drug users after they gave themselves up to the authorities.

However, a Facebook page with a handle “Madam Claudia” slammed Uson for criticizing the vice president without fully understanding the Inquirer news article that she just read.

“Unang una sa lahat, kung hindi mo naman pala naintindihan ang isang balitang nakasulat sa Ingles, bakit ka nagre-react? Basa ka nang basa ng mga English articles; tapos, pag hindi mo na-gets, si VP Leni ang sisihin mo?” Madam Claudia wrote.

“May Tagalog version ng statement ng bise president tungkol sa “War on Drug” campaign ni Digong,” she added, then offering Robredo’s statements on drug rehabilitation in Filipino.

Madam Claudia quoted Robredo saying, “Tayo very supportive tayo sa kampanyang ginagawa ng Pangulo. Pinag-usapan na nga naming sa opisina, ano ba ang puwedeng maging role ng opisina naming to show support sa Pangulo.”

Madam Claudia emphasized just how the vice president supports Duterte’s campaign against drugs by quoting Robredo, “Iyong nakita naming na parang kulang ngayon, iyong pagdating sa rehabilitation, parang doon may gap.”

The feisty fictional character said what Robredo meant to say is that her office would try to fill the “gap” in the drug rehabilitation program of the government.

Madam Claudia said that as a Cabinet member, Robredo has the right to comment on the issue.

As for Uson referring to the Inquirer article, Madam Claudia asked, “Akala ko ba, PRESStitute o bayarang media ang Inquirer? E bakit ka sa kanila kumuha ng balita?”

Uson was among Duterte’s outspoken supporters who branded the media as biased and presstitutes.
