A letter that seems to have come from the office of the INC, complete with the church’s letterhead and the signature of their executive minister Eduardo Manalo, has been shared on social media. It was dated May 2, 2016 and is endorsing the Davao City mayor as the presidential bet to vote for this May 9. This, however, is a LIE.
