An article from the fake news site newsaljazeera.com claimed that Schwarzenegger said that “the world will eventually learn from Philippines Duterte’s success.”

Since August 16, the post has been shared over 1,800 times.

But the fact that the story came from a fake news site, which is also quite obvious given the website’s URL, makes it even more suspicious.

Once you’ll read the content of the article, it will confirm more of your suspicions that the website is unreliable to the point that it misspelled words – “manace,” “professional.”

Schwarzenegger reportedly said that the world will soon see Duterte’s success in his efforts to eradicate the drug problem in the Philippines. He allegedly added that Duterte just chose to do “what the vast population elected him for.”

The article then noted that death of “32 drug suspects” on August 14 when the police conducted raids. This was referring to the 32 deaths and 107 arrests in Bulacan during the police’s ‘one-time, big-time’ operation, which Duterte described as “good.”

Maganda ‘yun,” Duterte said on August 16. “Yung namatay daw kanina sa Bulacan, 32, in a massive raid. Maganda ‘yun. Makapatay lang tayo ng mga another 32 everyday then maybe we can reduce what ails this country.”

While Duterte did hail what the cops did in the bloody police operations in Bulacan, it is not true that Schwarzenegger expressed optimism over Duterte’s success in fighting drugs and the world acknowledging it in the future. It is pure fiction from the fake news site newsaljazeera.com, the same site that came up with fake stories such as Donald Trump Jr. feeling like Duterte is his president, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson calling Duterte an ‘inspiration,’ Schwarzenegger describing him as a ‘real starring fighter,’ and US Senate majority leader urging opposition to give Duterte ‘space’ to deliver.
