When President Rodrigo Duterte and his delegation left for their Middle East trip, among the attention-grabbers were entertainer and MTRCB board member Mocha Uson and Sandra Cam, who does not even hold a government position.

Facebook page “Pinoy Ako Blog” slammed Uson’s earlier excuse about Cam’s presence among Duterte’s delegates even when the President himself said that there is no available government post for Cam yet. Morever, the FB page posted a short video showing some government officials mingling with who could possibly be Middle Eastern government officials too. The surprise is that Cam was there, too!
So fake news ang inyong nasagap,”” Pinoy Ako Blog wrote on April 13, quoting Mocha’s earlier excuse about Cam’s extent of involvement in Duterte’s Middle East trip.
But Mocha piped up and corrected Pinoy Ako Blog in her Facebook post on April 14, saying that she merely said that Cam is not a part of Duterte’s delegation but used a commercial plane to go to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia so she did not use taxpayer’s money for her trip.

Mocha also slammed people who only see the negative aspects of Duterte’s Middle East trip.
Wala talaga, SALOT LANG TALAGA KAYO SA BAYAN NATIN. Nakakahiya na kayo!” she added.
However, Pinoy Ako Blog was not to be outdone. He got back at Mocha by showing a video of Cam confirming that she is indeed a part of Duterte’s “official business delegation” and that she helped the OFWs in the Middle East return home to the Philippines.
“So sino ang mag-aadjust? Sana makasuhan ang mga sinungaling!” the FB page said, along with the hashtags #Sinungaling and #GinastaAngPerangBayan.
In a press briefing, presidential spokesperson Ernesto Abella admitted that the Philippine government is footing the bill for the accommodation of the officials included in Duterte’s Middle East trip.
So, who should we believe? Mocha or Cam?
