After her farewell post went viral, ABS-CBN reporter Chiara Zambrano called out several blogs for calling the said post about a fallen soldier a heartbreaking or heartwarming “love story.”

Zambrano’s reaction to these blogs’ titles? “What in the world is this?”

In her Facebook post on June 4, Zambrano tried to clarify the issue, especially when it now seemed like the stories are trying to paint this picture that there was “something” between her and Technical Sergeant Aldrin “Tap” Dinglasan, who died in a combat clearing operation in Marawi City.

“Isa pong napakahalagang paglilinaw.

Zambrano called out the writers behind the “travesties” around her farewell post to stop putting malice into it.

“Please be more discerning. To the writers of these travesties, those who pick things up online and twist them in malicious ways, please stop. Not here. Not at this time. Not in this war. Tsg Dinglasan’s family is grieving. Let’s help them, and not give them more problems,” she said.
