In 2015, several Facebook posts about the presidential sister Kris Aquino wearing what was allegedly one of the pieces in Imelda’s confiscated jewelry collection.
The photo showed Aquino wearing a diamond-studded necklace and another picture of Imelda’s necklace, which was taken during its appraisal at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), where the jewelry has been stored for more than 20 years.
