The throng of rallyists came from Liwasang Bonifacio and Taft Avenue, clad in black, and shouting, “Nandito na ang sambayanan!”

The program started at 4 p.m., as tweeted by GMA News Online reporter Jessica Bartolome.

She then tweeted more photos of the Luneta rally.

Protesters held up signs like “Magnanakaw AF,” “Marcos Diktador Hindi Bayani,” and “Botox ni Imee Pera ng Bayan,” among others.

Some students came straight from school to the rally, still wearing their uniforms.

Juana Change even serenaded an effigy of the late President Marcos in his coffin.

Matanglawin’s editor-in-chief Rambo Talabong also tweeted the protesters’ chant in Luneta.

Members of the Alpha Phi Omega (APO) fraternity held their Oblation run this afternoon instead of their usual December schedule to protest against Marcos’ burial.

UP Diliman students also held their rally.

Aside from holding up signs, this guy even brought a colorful plastic shovel to the rally.
