Satirical site
15. cnn-alive.com
This website proudly claimed that its website name is spelled out “Carl Nixon Newton All Alive, which immediately eliminated the possibility that it is related to the mainstream network CNN (Cable News Network, cnn.com), not to mention that its About Us page totally mentioned how it covers satire, among other topics.
We also looked at the other articles published on the site, particularly focusing on what cnn-alive.com has to say about the Philippines and found out that it made up a lot of hoaxes involving our country and its personalities.

Memebuster.net has busted some of these hoaxes, including Ms. Universe 2016 Pia Wurtzbach’s alleged arrest in Malaysia, Foreign Affairs Sec. Perfecto Yasay Jr.’s confirmation of a visa-free travel to the UK, President Rodrigo Duterte honored by UN as “World Terrorism Ambassador”, US President Donald Trump’s deportation of Senator Leila De Lima from the US, and Duterte rejecting a private jet gift from SM owner Henry Sy, among others. The website also tried to sell fake stories like Samsung naming a phone after Duterte, Trump sending a private jet to fetch Duterte, and more.
