Mar Roxas visited Bulacan and helped in Nona Relief Efforts.
This photo of Roxas in a military truck was taken on December 24, 2015 in Hagonoy, Bulacan, and was uploaded by Facebook user Bhon Otayde. He accompanied Bulacan Gov. Wilhelmino Sy-Alvarado and Vice-Gov. Daniel Fernando, the men wearing yellow shirts in the photo, during the distribution of relief goods to the Bulakeños ravaged by Typhoon Nona.

This explains why the photo showed a flooded street that warrants the use of a military truck, which can take the people helping in the relief efforts and the goods to the typhoon victims more safely than other vehicles. According to Manila Bulletin, Roxas and the officials distributed 18,005 relief packs to thousands of Bulakeños who suffered massive flooding. Nona was reported to have affected almost 70,000 families in Hagonoy, Calumpit, and some areas of Pulilan and Paombong.
