A screengrab of what is shown to be vice presidential candidate Rep. Leni Robredo’s Facebook post is circulating online. The post makes it seem as though she is also anticipating the move to impeach presumptive president Rodrigo Duterte.
But this Facebook post is FAKE!
Robredo or her camp did not post it and is obviously manipulated by malicious people keen on portraying her in a negative light.

The impeachment plan, or Plan B, is what her rival VP candidate, Sen. Bongbong Marcos, has been accusing her and her party, Liberal Party, of doing. According to Marcos, the Liberal Party wanted to ensure the VP seat for Robredo, so when they successfully oust Duterte, she would assume the presidency, an allegation that Robredo and her camp have denied over and over again.
Robredo said that she does not have her eye on the presidency, pointing to Marcos instead as the one with presidential ambitions.
“Siya yung may ambisyong maging president. Ako, wala naman,” she said during an interview with GMA 7’s 24 Oras.
And on her commitment to Duterte, she assures that if elected vice president, she will give the president her full support.
“Yung level of commitment na kaya kong ibigay sa aking partner, that’s the same level of commitment na ibibigay ko kung sino mang manalo ng pangulo… yung aking pong 100% na commitment at cooperation maasahan niya sa akin,” Robredo added.
