His job order form proved Matobato’s office of assignment – Heinous Crime and Investigation Section of the Main Office. It was dated July 2, 2013.
Trillanes also showed a document from the Human Resource Management Office of Davao City, dated November 22, 2007, that was addressed to Matobato, approving his job order and assigning him to the Heinous Crime Investigation and Detective Management Section.
