One Facebook user begged to differ as he posted photos of a disorderly and dirty Divisoria on two consecutive days, July 3 and 4.
He clearly is not impressed with Estrada as he captioned one of his photos showing trash littering crowded Divisoria streets sarcastically by saying, “Ang linis talaga ng Recto!!! Grats mayor erap!! #July4,2016.”

And those who commented on his post also have the same sentiments about how Divisoria has gone back to its usual messy state and how this should be reported to Duterte’s 8888 hotline.
One commenter even said how in real life, Divisoria still looks like “hell.”
Even Del Rosario, who first posted those now viral photos of a “clean Divisoria” posted an update last July 4, with the caption “Mayor Erap bakit nag balikan na nman.”
This morning, July 5, Del Rosario posted about a piece of “good news,” about how Recto-Divisoria has been cleaned up once more, using water from fire trucks to get rid of the smell and mud off the streets.
One commenter has put these Divisoria changes into words quite perfectly as she wrote, “Minsan malinis minsan bumalik. Enyebeyen… lol.”
So yes, change has really come to Divisoria and if it’s true that this way the vendors’ way of welcoming Duterte’s administration, as those Facebook pages and blog sites have claimed, then they are being really fickle-minded right now. However, it’s also worth noting that it is supposed to be Estrada’s responsibility to keep Divisoria clean.
