The article from thet1mes.com claims that President Barack Obama greeted President Duterte during a pre-Christmas celebration held at the White House last December 24, 2016.

The article also included the full quotation of Obama’s alleged greeting.

However, we need to take note that this article was published by thet1mes.com, a website that has already been busted by Meme Buster several times for posting fake news articles.

Thet1mes was also the website that posted the article about Trump allegedly greeting Duterte for Christmas which was already proven as a made up story, as well as hoaxes like De Lima buying a New York mansion, African presidents calling Duterte a hero,  and more.
